To mark our 125th Anniversary and to continue the celebration of the launch of McGraw Hill Financial, the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability team will be making five grants in five regions totaling $125,000.
Over the past few weeks, MHFI employees were given the opportunity to vote and campaign for charitable projects that align with MHFI’s three primary pillars of corporate responsibility: Financial Essentials, Stronger Communities, and Healthier Environments. All projects are led by one of the following three global nonprofit organizations: Accion, Habitat for Humanity, and World Wildlife Fund.
The polls are now closed and about 4,000 MHFI employees have participated in helping to decide which charitable project will win $25,000 in each of our five regions: North America, South America, Europe, Middle East & Africa, India, and East Asia/Pacific.
This launch grant program was made to make a difference around the globe in areas where our employees work and live. MHFI will be making these grants to the winning organizations next month and the CRS team will provide updates on the status of the projects – so stay tuned!
